Prepare the quinoa mix according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, dip the edamame.

Beat a dressing of the soy sauce, ginger syrup, oil and the lime juice.

Cut the spring onions into thin rings.

Mix the quinoa mix in a large bowl with the edamame, Dutch raw vegetables, spring onions and dressing.

Divide the plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
