Grilled chicken and parsley sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tagliatelle (with egg (pasta, bag 500 g)), broccoli florets (bag 1 kg, frozen), chicken fillet (in thick slices), olive oil, garlic (in slices), capers (jar 100 g), white sauce and parsley (pot 8 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  2. Heat the grill pan. Brush the chicken with 1 tbsp oil and grill in 5 min. Until done. Turn halfway. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Fry the broccoli for 1 min. Add the pasta and a ½ tbsp capers.
  3. Heat the sauce according to the instructions on the package. Slice the rest of the capers and add with the parsley. Spoon the pasta with the broccoli on a plate. Place the chicken next to it and pour the sauce over it.
