Well-filled vegetable soup
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, leeks, bakbacon (thick slice, approx. 140 g), butter, basis for vegetable soup (400 ml), fresh parsley (a 30 g), cooking cream (250 ml) and coarse mustard .

Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Bacon into pieces.

Bake bacon in soup pan.

Remove the bacon from the pan.

Add butter to shortening and let it melt.

Add the potato and leek and bake for 10 minutes.

Basic content for soup and add 3 pots of water and bring to the boil.

Chop minced parsley.

Add cream and puree soup.
-
Add bacon and mustard and heat soup for a while.

Season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley..
