Boil the potatoes in a pan with a layer of water and salt in approx. 20 min.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Halve the sprouts.

Cut the turkey fillet into pieces.

Make the mix Dutch pan with cold water and stir well.

Heat the margarine in a frying pan and fry the turkey around light brown. Add the onion and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes.

Add the sprouts and the mix to the meat and bring to the boil. Let the lid simmer for approx. 15 minutes with the lid, shovel occasionally.

Meanwhile, bake the bacon in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating.

Mash the potatoes with the milk and season with pepper.

Divide the Dutch pan and puree over the plates and sprinkle with the bacon.
