Quorn soy sauce with noodles
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: wok noodles (248 g), onions, sunflower oil, Quorn pieces (a 175 g), Oriental stir-fry mix (400 g), salty sweet soy sauce and unsalted peanuts.
Noodles boil in 2 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain.
Peel onions and cut into pieces.
Oil in wok heating and quorn stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Mix onion and stir-fry mix with quorn and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add ketjapmarinadeen 50 ml of water to the quorn vegetable mixture and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Create noodles and let them warm through and through.
Sprinkle with peanuts..
