Spanish bean dish with fish
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, yellow rice (325 g), mint (only the leaves), olive oil, chorizo ((sausage, 250 g), diced), onion (in rings), peeled tomatoes (a 400 g ), broad beans (fine (frozen)), coalfish fillets ((750g and frozen bag) thawed).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the fresh mint into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the chorizo in 2 minutes. Add the onion and cook for 1 min. Add the tomatoes and push them with a spatula and cook over medium heat in 5 min. Until a thick sauce. Scoop the frozen broad beans through. Cut the fish into pieces and put it there. Cook with the lid on the pan in 10 min. Gently cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over 4 plates, sprinkle with the fresh mint and serve the rice.
