Rack of lamb with cumin
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (pressed), olive oil, ground cumin (djinten), black pepper (freshly ground) and rack of lamb (of 6 ribs each).

Mix the garlic in a bowl with the oil, cumin and pepper and rub the rack of lamb with this mixture. Allow the lamb racks to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat the grill pan or the barbecue. Place the rack of lamb in the pan or on the grid of the barbecue and roast them on a medium-high heat in approx. 15 min. Beautiful brown on the outside and rosé inside. Turn the rack of lamb regularly with pliers.

Place the racks in a (warm) dish, cover them with aluminum foil and let them rest for 5 minutes. Cut off the ribs and distribute them over 4 plates.

Tasty with roasted baby potatoes and a salad with tomatoes and olives.
