A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pommes culinary (Franceline), pickles (340 g), silver onions (340 g), raclette cheese (a 250 g), garlic (pressed), oil, brown bread (coarse and cut).

Clean the potatoes, cut into large pieces and boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven grill.

Thread with the fondue sticks skewers of the potato cubes, the pickles and the silver onions.

Heat the slices of raclette cheese in a fondue pan or in small portions in gourmet pans at the table.

Mix the garlic with the oil and season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Brush the brown bread on one side.

Toast them under the hot grill for 3-5 minutes with the smeared side facing up.

Pour the melted cheese over the vegetable skewers and serve with the grilled bread..
