Radish salad with orange and apricots


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: veded apricots (bag of 200 g), bunch of radish (about 175 g), white wine vinegar, olive oil (extra virgin), salt, (freshly ground) pepper, pine nuts, garlic and oranges.

Directions

  1. Cut apricots into strips.
  2. Clean radishes, wash and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Cut radishes into thin slices.
  4. Stir in bowl of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in the radish and leave to stand for approx.
  6. 20 minutes.In the middle, dry pine nuts lightly roasted in a dry frying pan.
  7. Slice garlic and cut into slices.
  8. Above, peel oranges thickly until pulp and cut segments between crumbs.
  9. Stir up the juiced juice by stirring the radish.
  10. Mix the apricots, apricots and orange wedges.
