A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil, deep-frozen Mediterranean ratatouille and canned lima beans.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok pan and stir fry the ratatouille and cherry tomatoes 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, put the beans in a colander, rinse and drain well. Stir fry for 1 min.
  3. Cut the basil into strips and scoop through the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and spread over the ratatouille.
