Ratatouille with lima beans and smoked chicken fillet

Heat the oil in a wok pan and stir fry the ratatouille and cherry tomatoes 5 min.

Meanwhile, put the beans in a colander, rinse and drain well. Stir fry for 1 min.

Cut the basil into strips and scoop through the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and spread over the ratatouille.
