Ravioli with roast beef and orange
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ravioli rossi (a 250 g), broccoli florets (a 300 g), hand oranges (at room temperature), green olive tapenade (a 100 g tray), olive oil, dried Italian culinary herbs (or thyme) and roast beef (meats).

Ravioli in a large pan in 8 min.

Broccoli in little water with salt in 4 min.

Cook and drain.

Peel oranges thickly and cut out slices between the membranes above the bowl (to collect juice).

Stir tapenade, oil and herbs through juice.

Drain ravioli and broccoli.

Mix Ravioli with broccoli, roast beef, orange wedges and dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide Ravioli into four plates..
