Ravioli with roasted peppers and cheese


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: winter carrots, peppers (roasted (465 g)), white cheese cubes (200 g), fresh rosemary, hazelnuts (a 75 g), olive oil, garlic, ravioli (with cheese (pasta and a 250 g) )).

Directions

  1. Carrot root, cut into four parts in length and then cut into small cubes.
  2. Drain the pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Let cheese cubes drain.
  4. Remove rosemary needles from twig.
  5. Hazelnuts in dry wok gold brown and crispy roasting.
  6. Remove from wok.
  7. Oil in wok heating, press out the garlic above and bake for approx.
  8. 1 min.
  9. Add carrot and rosemary and fry approx.
  10. 2 minutes.
  11. Add 1 1/2 dl of water and allow the root to simmer for approx.
  12. 6 min.
  13. Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to directions on packaging.
  14. Add pepper and ravioli to root mixture and heat everything well.
  15. Just before serving, make cheese cubes by dish.
  16. Spread pasta over 4 plates and sprinkle with hazelnuts..
