Directions

  1. Chop the garlic and shallots finely.
  2. Fry the garlic and shallot in the oil in a wok.
  3. Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink.
  4. Drain the spinach in a sieve and press out the excess moisture with the convex side of a spoon.
  5. Serve the spinach with croutons.
