Again something completely different with this red cabbage! And very nice to serve in the pot.

Remove the hard core from the red cabbage and cut into strips of ½ cm. Cut the dill finely. Put the coals and dill together with the raisins and cinnamon sticks in the jar.

Bring the water to the boil with the vinegar, preserves and sugar. Remove the pan from the heat and pour into the pot at the red cabbage.

Press the red cabbage well, so that everything is under the moisture. Allow to cool to room temperature in about 30 minutes.

Close the jar, put in the refrigerator and allow to stand for at least 2 days.
