Red cabbage stew with turkey fillet


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast à la minute (about 340 g), cajun spices (pot a 50 g), potatoes (boiled crumbly, peeled (450 g)), sour cream (125 ml), spring onions (a 3 pieces), red cabbage (with cranberry (a 355 g)) and butter.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle turkey fillets with cajun spices.
  2. Potatoes boil in salted water, drain and stamp with sour cream.
  3. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Cut the spring onion and create a stew.
  5. In the meantime, heat the cabbage in the saucepan and pour through the stew.
  6. Bake turkey fillets in butter quickly on both sides.
  7. Divide stew over 4 plates and add turkey fillets..
