Vega yakitori with mie and japanese wok vegetables
Vegastukjes with salad onion, Japanese wok vegetable, yakitori dressing and noodles.

Boil the noodles in 5 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, cut the salad onions into 3 cm pieces. Thread the salad onion and wok pieces over and over to the satéprikkers. Brush the skewers with the yakitori sauce.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the skewers for 5-6 min. On medium heat around golden brown. Turn them every 30 seconds. and brush them over and over again with the sauce.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Heat the oil in the woks and fry the wok vegetables, ginger and garlic for 3 minutes.

Drain the noodles and mix with the vegetables and soya ginger sesame dressing. Heat for 2 more minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Divide over 4 deep plates and divide the skewers over it.
