Red fish curry with pandan rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pandan rice, red onions, cod fillet (a ca. 225 g), sunflower oil, red curry paste (100 g), creamy coconut milk (200 ml), pak choi and Dutch shrimp (100 g).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  3. Cut cod in pieces.
  4. Heat 2 liters of oil in woks.
  5. Cook cod on high heat for 4 minutes.
  6. Remove cod from the pan and keep warm.
  7. Bake in oil onion.
  8. Add curry paste and coconut milk and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Clean paksoi and cut into strips.
  10. Prepare paksoi in portions by curry.
  11. Carefully remove the cod and stir it for a further 1 min.
  12. Shrimp prawns over it.
  13. Serve fish curry with rice..
