Redfish fillet with creamy wine sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli, redfish fillet (a ca. 225 g), flour, butter, potatoes (700 g), crème fraîche (a 200 ml), dry white wine and capers.

Clean broccoli, divide into florets, cut into pieces and cook in 8 min.

Dust the fish with flour, salt and pepper.

Fry butter in frying pan and bake fish on both sides for 8 minutes, gently turning.

In the meantime, new potatoes are cooked in 4 minutes.

Crème fraîche with wine in saucepan 1 min.

Cook, season with salt and pepper.

Stir in capers by wine sauce.

Serve fish with wine sauce, broccoli and baby potatoes..
