Spicy carrot soup with broad beans
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: oil, onions (chopped), sambal oelek, cumin (djinten), winter carrot (in thin slices), vegetable stock (tablet), broad beans ((660 g), drained) and baguette (in slices) .
Heat oil in soup pan and onion golden brown.
Add Sambal and cumin and fry for 1 min.
Create winter carrots with onion mixture.
Add the broth to it, bring it to the boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Puree soup with hand blender or food processor.
Bring the soup back to the boil, add broad beans and co-heat for 3 minutes.
Season the soup with salt and pepper and create in four bowls or deep plates.
Serve with baguette..
