Redfish with basil
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh redfish fillet (dish à 250 g) and traditional olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Sprinkle the redfish with salt and pepper and place in a greased oven dish. Halve the tomatoes and lay around the fish.
Sprinkle with the basil and drizzle with the oil.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices according to the instructions on the package.
Divide the broccoli into florets, cut the stems into pieces and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Put the fish in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve the fish with the potatoes and broccoli.
