Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Halve the pecans and roast for a minute or two in a frying pan.

Then grind the nuts for a minute in the blender or food processor.

Add oatmeal and flour and mix everything fine. Do not mix too long, otherwise oil will be released from the nuts.

Spoon the mix into a large bowl and add the (tartaric) baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla powder. Add some protein powder if necessary.

Beat the eggs and pour into the mixture.

Stir together until a sticky batter.

Spoon into the blender, add mulberries and sesame seeds and mix everything.

Take 2 tablespoons of batter each time, roll it into a ball and press your hands flat on the baking paper. Keep 3 cm apart.

Bake the cakes in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
