Superfood granola with coconut oil, nut mix, buckwheat flakes, quinoa, coconut chips and goji berries.

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Melt the coconut oil with the honey in 2 minutes in a saucepan.

Chop the nuts coarsely and mix in a bowl with the buckwheat flakes, quinoa, coconut chips and melted coconut oil.

Spread the mixture over a baking tray and griddle covered with parchment paper for approx. 20 minutes in the oven. Change regularly.

Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool completely on a rack in about 1 hour. Mix the granola with the goji berries.

Store in a closed container. You can store the granola for up to 2 weeks in a dry place.
