Rib chops with shallot sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs (a ca. 150 g), butter, shallots, mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g), string beans (sliced (a 250 g)), meat broth tablet and cooking cream.

Pour chops with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in large frying pan and sear the chops on both sides.

Damage fire and pork chops for 15 minutes, half-turn.

Cut shallots and cut into quarters.

Chops shallots after turning pork chops.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Harvest the beans in 12 minutes.

Remove chops after baking from the pan and keep warm.

Fry toppings with 50 ml of water in a pan over high heat.

Top up the bouillon tablet and pour the cream.

Bring the sauce to the boil while stirring and let it boil.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
