Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Mix the chicken with the soy sauce, sambal and sherry and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok. Stir fry the chicken approx. 3 min. Remove the chicken from the wok and keep warm. Fry the leek for 3 minutes in the remaining fat.
  3. Stir in the bean sprouts through the leek and cook for 1 min. Fry the chicken for 2 minutes. Scoop the rice through the chicken-vegetable mixture.
