Rice dish with paprika and white cheese
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pilaurijst (225 g), red peppers, white cheese cubes, chili oil and garlic sauce (bottle).

In a pan with 400 ml of boiling water, boil in about 15 minutes.

Clean peppers, cut into strips.

Heat oil in pan.

Peppers will bake for about 3 minutes.

Gently cook rice on plates, scoop pepper bars around it, sprinkle cheese cubes over rice.

Serve with garlic sauce..
