Boil the rice in water and salt for 4 minutes longer than indicated on the package so that the rice becomes softer and more sticky.

Leave to cool in a bowl until lukewarm and spread over the two tortillas.

Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and brush the rice with it.

Divide the strips of crab stick and spring onions over the rice and sprinkle with sesame last.

Roll up the tortillas tightly and roll them into a piece of plastic wrap.

Let them stiffen in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut the rolls into disks.

Garnish the rolls with a tuft of dill. If necessary, insert a skewer and serve immediately.
