Add the paprika powder to the cooking water of the rice and cook the rice until tender. Allow to cool.

Cook the broccoli florets al dente in about 3 minutes.

Drain, rinse cold water and let cool.

Spoon half of the coriander, the mango cubes, red pepper, broccoli florets, lemon zest, juice and oil into the rice.

Place the mackerel fillet on the rice salad and sprinkle with the rest of the coriander.
