Rice with balls
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, cucumber (coarse grated), Greek yoghurt, carrot balls (a 300 g), vegetable balls (a 210 g) and butter.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Press the cucumber rack dry with a clean kitchen cloth. Stir the grater through the yogurt and season with salt.

Boil the carrot balls for 15 minutes. Prepare the vegetable balls according to the instructions on the packaging. On the cooked carrot balls, melt a knob of butter and sprinkle with salt to taste. Serve the rice with the balls and the sauce.
