Rice with chicken livers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, broccoli, onion, chicken liver (about 400 g), butter or margarine, thin bacon strips (duopak a ca. 250 g), raisins, quick cooking rice (400 g) and chicken stock.

Clean broccoli and cut into florets.

Cut the stalk into slices.

Peel and chop onions.

Cut chicken slices into pieces and pat dry.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Bake approx.

2 minutes.

Add chicken liver and onion and fry for approx.

5 minutes.

Add raisins and rice and fry approx.

1 minute.
-
Add 6 dl of water and chicken stock cube and simmer for approx.

10 minutes.

Meanwhile cook broccoli in approx.

5 minutes.

Serving the rice dish with broccoli..
