Rice with fish ragout
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, brown rice, leek, winter carrots, (liquid) margarine, flour, soy cuisine (250 ml), (fish) bouillon tablet, pink shrimps (a 125 g) and cod fillet (frozen).

Cook non-mature rice according to the instructions for use.

Cut and wash leek in rings.

remove root and cut into cubes.

Leeks for about 3 minutes.

Add flour and stir.

Soy cuisine and add 400 ml water and stir until a bound sauce is formed.

Add cubes of broth, shrimp and cod and gently heat for approx.

Cut cod during heating.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide rice into four plates and distribute ragout.

Serve with cooked carrot..
