Rice with spicy stir-fried seasonal vegetables


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, (wok) oil, red pepper (in narrow strips), green beans (cleaned), zucchini (in slices), leeks (in small rings), lemon (pressed) and sambal badjak.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat a stir and add the oil.
  3. Fry the peppers with the green beans, stirring for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
  4. Add the zucchini and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Spoon the leek and lemon juice with the wok vegetables and fry them for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Season the wok vegetables with the sambal and salt.
  7. Spoon the rice into four bowls and distribute the wok vegetables.
  8. Tasty with seroendeng (Indonesian litter of coconut and peanut)..
