Rich apple pie with food
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: medium-sized egg and lemons (clean-fried).

Mix the flour with the sugar and salt. Add the butter, cut small with 2 knives and make a crumbly mixture with your hands.

Add the egg and knead briefly into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly. Add the grater and the almond paste.

Roll out the dough with the rolling pin over a floured work surface. Grease the spring form and coat it with the dough.

Prick holes in the soil with a fork. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Bake the bottom blind in approx. 15 min. Almost done. Let cool for 15 minutes and brush with the jam.

Meanwhile, peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

Spread the food mixture over the bottom, lay the apple in circles and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes.

Spread the still warm cake with the rest of the jam. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
