Richly filled pistolet with old cheese


Brown pistolet topped with avocado, cucumber, cheese, lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Cut the basil leaves fijn. Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel and do the trick.
  2. Squeeze out the lime. Mix the avocado with the basil and ½ tbsp lime juice (per 4 people). Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into slices. Halve the slices of cheese in the length. Cut open the pistolets and cover 1 half with the avocado spread.
  4. Divide the lamb's lettuce, cheese, cucumber and semi-dried to over. Season with pepper.
