Cut the basil leaves fijn. Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel and do the trick.

Squeeze out the lime. Mix the avocado with the basil and ½ tbsp lime juice (per 4 people). Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the cucumbers into slices. Halve the slices of cheese in the length. Cut open the pistolets and cover 1 half with the avocado spread.

Divide the lamb's lettuce, cheese, cucumber and semi-dried to over. Season with pepper.
