Directions

  1. Stir the cream cheese with honey. Chop the walnuts coarsely and stir the raisins and walnuts through the cream cheese honey mixture.
  2. Spread the pancakes with the cream cheese mixture and roll them up on a sheet of aluminum foil. Carefully cut the roll in four and then roll it firmly into aluminum foil. Pack in a refrigerator box and store in the refrigerator until departure.
