Ricotta stalks and mango
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: filo puff pastry (frozen), mango, orange, ricotta (cheese, 250 g), almond shavings (45 g), liquid honey, unsalted butter and powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Mango peel and cut into cubes. Season orange peels and peel finely. Squeezing orange. Mix Ricotta with mango, grater, half of almond and 3 tablespoons of honey. Place the second sheet on top and cover again thinly with butter. So stack 3 sheets on it. Half of ricotta mixture in the middle of filo pastry forms a role. Fold the dough over the filling, press the seams and stick with some water. Place roll on folding plate on baking sheet. Make a few oblique notches with a knife at the top. Prepare strudel in the same way. Cover the top of strudels with butter and sprinkle the remaining almond shavings over it. Strudels in the middle of oven in about 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Shortly before the end of baking time, stir the rest of honey with orange juice gently. Remove the strudels from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with warm honey syrup and possibly vanilla ice cream.
