Ricotta with roasted cherry tomatoes
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: ricotta (cheese), cherry tomatoes (or dumplings), coarse salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic (pressed), honey, freshly ground black pepper and basil leaves.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Spread ricotta with a palette knife in a baking dish.

To clean, place in baking sheet and grind salt above.

Dressing stirring vinegar, oil, garlic, honey and a lot of pepper.

Bake tomatoes with this.

Push the Ricotta dish into the oven and, after 5 minutes, place the baking sheet with to also into the oven.

Sprinkle both in a further 10 minutes.

To cool slightly.

Unroll Ricotta on baking paper out of shape and cut into 4 points.

Carefully place points on four boards.

Grind some pepper above it.

To scoop with liquor released alongside and garnish with basil.

Delicious with thin slices of ciabatta roasted..
