Risotto with broccoli burger


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, butter or margarine, stir-fry mix (400 g), risotto rice (pack `400 g), vegetable stock tablet, Tivall broccoli burgers (` 200 g), fresh parsley (30 g) and crushed old cheese ( bag `150 g).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Heat 25 g of butter in pan with a thick bottom.
  3. Mix the onion and stir-fry mix for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add rice and shake for about 2 minutes while cooking in an oven.
  5. Broth make 7.5 dl warm water and bouillon tablet.
  6. Add broth to rice and bring to boil.
  7. Roughly cook rice uncovered until moisture is almost absorbed.
  8. Meanwhile, heat the remaining butter in frying pan.
  9. Broccoli burgers roast for about 4-6 minutes, occasionally turning.
  10. Chop minced parsley.
  11. Stir in cheese with risotto and garnish with parsley.
  12. Serving risotto with broccoli burgers..
