Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the risotto rice and fruit for 2 minutes until the grains are translucent.

In the meantime, dissolve the bouillon tablet in the boiling water. Add the wine to the risotto and stir until it is absorbed.

Add a dash of stock and stir until it is absorbed. Add another dash and continue until the rice is al dente. This takes about 20 min.

Meanwhile, grate the yellow skin of the lemon. After 16 min. Add the shrimps to the risotto and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir frequently.

Slice the chives. Mix with the lemon zest and capers through the risotto and season with salt and pepper.
