                            Roast beef rolls with artichoke

                                Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and roast the pine nuts in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown. Allow to cool.

                                Beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar, pepper and possibly salt.
 - 
                                Halve the tomatoes. Let the artichoke hearts drain. Halve the artichoke and wrap with the roast beef.

                                Divide the lettuce over plates. Place the rolls over the salad and season with pepper and salt.
 - 
                                Sprinkle the salad with the dressing and garnish with the to and pine nuts.
