Roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce and cucumber
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, crème fraîche, horseradish (pot of 140 g), cornbread, roast beef (meat products) and cucumber.

Mix the crème fraîche with the horseradish and spread 4 slices of cornbread. Divide the fried roast beef over it. Scrape long ribbons of the cucumber above the roast beef. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt to taste. Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on them and cut them diagonally in half.

You can already make the sandwiches in the morning. Keep covered with cling film in the refrigerator until use.
