Spoon the frozen blueberries in a bowl with the sugar and the and let them thaw in 1 hour.

Grate the chocolate.

Roast the slices of cake in a grill pan until they have nice brown stripes on both sides. Allow the slices of cake to cool slightly and then place them on plates.

Put a large piece of bread ice on each slice of cake and spread generous blueberries. Spray a generous amount of whipped cream and garnish with the grated chocolate.
