Warm marshmallows with caramel ice cream and pecans
Oat biscuits with melted marshmallows, pecans and caramel ice cream.
Turn on the oven grill. Place half of the biscuits on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with the chocolate side facing up.
Place 1 marshmallow on each cookie. Roast for approx. 2 minutes just under the hot grill in the oven.
Take the marshmallows out of the oven when they turn golden brown. Put the other cookies on it, with the chocolate side down.
Put the cookies in bowls. Mince the pecans. Spoon a scoop of ice cream next to the cookies, sprinkle with the nuts and serve.
