Roasted carrots, spring onions and radishes
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: carrot (peeled), olive oil (extra to grease), spring onion (a 3 pieces), radish (halved), white cheese ((a 200 g), crumbled), capers (jar 100 g ), dill (chopped) and lemon (pressed).

Light the barbecue or use the grill pan. Halve all carrots from the forest root in length. Bring a pan with plenty of water and salt to the boil and cook the carrots for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse cold under the tap. Drain.

Grease the grate of the barbecue or grill pan with oil and toast the carrots and spring onions for 4 minutes. Periodically so that they do not get too dark. Then grill the radish on the flat side in the grill pan for 2 minutes.

Put the vegetables on a plate and sprinkle with the feta, capers and dill. Sprinkle with the oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
