Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Fry the oven fries on the baking sheet in the middle of the oven according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Mix the mustard, honey and lemon juice with pepper. Cut the edges of the ham slices here and there 1/2 cm in order to prevent bread from rolling. Brush the ham slices with the mustard mixture and place them on baking paper on a rack above the fries in the oven.
