Slice the peel of 2 oranges thin and divide them into narrow strips.

Remove the white sheets from the outside of the oranges. Cut out the segments of the oranges between the vlies and collect the juice.

Squeeze out 1 orange and cut the remaining orange into slices.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat around light brown.

Scoop the onion through and fry briefly. Extinguish with the broth.

Add the ginger, sambal, orange peel, juice, and slices and bring to the boil. Stew 20-25 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Meanwhile, roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan.

Remove the orange slices from the pan and stir in the orange wedges.

Sprinkle the meat with the almonds and parsley.
