Vegetable risotto with garlic prawns
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots (bag of 400 g), peppers (red, green and yellow), fresh dill (a 15 g), olive oil, risotto rice (bag of 500 g), herbal broth (of tablets), cooked mussels (150 g) and shrimps (wok with garlic (200 g)).

Chop and finely chop the shallots.

Cut peppers into thin strips.

Dill finely.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in casserole and fry shallots for about 1 min.

Add rice and fry until all the grains shine.

Broth part by part and add risotto in approx.

10 min.

Let the peppers last for 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Dill with risotto and leave risotto with lid on pan for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, olive oil in wok-heating, mussels and shrimps is left to bake for about 2 minutes.

Distribute risotto over 4 deep plates.

Distribute mussel shrimp mixture..
