Roasted peaches with nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: peaches, walnuts, hazelnuts (a 65 g), fresh thyme (leaves), lemon (grated and pressed), walnut oil and coarsely ground black pepper.

Preheat the grill.

Peach half the peach, remove the pit and cut each peach into 8 parts.

Chop the nuts roughly.

Peach peaches with nuts, thyme and lemon zest in a baking dish.

Sprinkle lemon juice and oil over it.

Salt and generous pepper above it.

Place 15 cm of grill under grill and peach until light brown and cooked for 10-15 minutes.
