Roasted sausages with green beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bratwurst (4 pieces), olive oil, garlic (pressed), Italian (culinary herbs (pot, 12 g)), onions (in 4 pieces), potato slices (600 g, frozen), green beans ( cleaned) and cherry tomatoes (halved).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Put the sausages in a pan with plenty of boiling water and bring it to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and let the sausages roll for 5 minutes. Take the sausages out of the water and pat dry.

Mix the oil, garlic and Italian culinary herbs. Mix the sausages and pieces of onion with the potato slices and half of the herb oil and put them in a roasting pan. Put the roasting pan in the oven and fry everything in 25 minutes, scoop every now and then.

Cook the green beans al dente in 8 minutes. Drain them, add the tomatoes and the rest of the herb oil. Stir and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve the sausages and potato slices with the bean tomato stew.
