Roll of fricandeau tonnato
Lunch sandwich with a sauce of tuna, capers and mayonnaise and fricandeau with chives.

Drain the tuna and put in a tall cup. Add the capers with added moisture, the mayonnaise and the water.

Puree with the hand blender into a sauce. Add the extra water if the sauce is too thick.

Halve the bread roll and cut open all rolls. Brush all halves with some tuna sauce.

Divide the fricandeau over the buns and scoop out the rest of the tuna sauce. Divide the rest of the capers over it.

Slice some chives and sprinkle over the buns. Serve immediately.
