A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: butter to grease, flour, croissant dough (240 g, fridge), nougatine (a 150 g), lemon zest (pot), vanilla sugar, sugar and egg.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and grease it with the butter. Use the brush for this. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4. Sprinkle the flour on the counter. Open the can of dough. Check the packaging on how to do this. Roll out the dough on the counter with flour.

Stick the seams of the dough piece together with wet fingers. Cut 6 equal sized strips of dough with a sharp knife. Cut them in half.

Turn spirals of the strips: hold the end of the dough with your one hand and turn with the other hand a little. Form a nice pretzel of every bar.

Stir well the nougatine, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and sugar into a deep plate.

Break the egg over a bowl and knock it loose. Smear the pretzels on both sides with egg.

Roll each pretzel through the sugar mixture. Place the pretzels on the baking sheet and slide them in the middle of the oven. Fry the pretzels in 15 minutes until golden brown. Then let them cool down.
